In this video I talk about my introduction to sunscreen, some of the benefits, what I look for in sunscreen and the current sunscreen I am using now. I wanted to share this video to encourage others to wear sunscreen as I went years without it. However, now I am protected from the sun but I also have healthier looking skin.
