Healing Vlog ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ How I Manage Anxiety & Stress Walking + Guided Meditation ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ+ Books = Inner Peace

Hello everyone, welcome to the Healing vlog. Today I talk about how I am managing my anxiety and stress since I finished therapy. I share how walking, guided meditation and books have impacted my life. Over the last few months I feel I have been getting closer to inner peace, because I have been practicing these habits.

Fun Fact: My name Jemima means Dove and I always found it funny; because I never felt I had any of the characteristic of this gentle bird. However, it does not mean it cannot be learnt, and so even when I feel overwhelmed I know that within me lies peace, it’s literally the meaning of my name so I just have to reach out for it. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ I want to be as transparent as I can when it comes to mental health so I plan to do more vlogs!
