Waking Up at 5AM ⏰ How To Have A Realistic Healthy & Simple Early Morning Routine 2021 💎 Gem Time #3

Hello everyone, welcome to today’s Gem Time. So I’ve not been able to upload for 2 weeks because I got in a little road accident and hurt my lower back. However, I have started waking up super early because of it (mostly due to being unable to sleep from pain) and I am learning to build a slow and simple 5AM morning routine. The first thing I do is go for a walk and that sets me up to have a calm morning.
