Apple Cider Vinegar to Heal Cold sores 🍎🧊 How To Quickly Treat Breakouts ☑️ + Stress Triggers 2022

Hello everyone, welcome to today’s video. I am going to show you my updated method for how I get rid of coldsores quickly. This is a super effective and affordable way, using two items that can be found in your home.

1. Put ‘Ice’ on the area for a few minutes to help with the pain

2. Dilute ‘Apple Cider Vinegar’ with water and apply it on the area to treat the blisters

Repeat this process a few times a day, until you feel you are healing well.

In the video, I share how stress is a big trigger for bad health, and how I have let myself become overwhelmed with starting a business. I need to learn how to have a work life balance if I am going to carry on, because constantly getting sick from stress slows things down.

I woke up Saturday morning with a coldsore on my nose/ inside nose. I have not had one in that area in a while. I wanted to see if I could slow down the process, and stop it from growing too much.

Shrinking, turning into scab But Inside of my nose still hurt a little
